Pfingsten, known as Pinksteren in the Netherlands, is a national holiday celebrated with much fanfare on the weekend following Easter. These two days, Eerste Pinksterdag and Tweede Pinksterdag, are a welcome respite for families and friends to come together and enjoy each other's company, indulge in festive activities, and take part in local traditions.

One of the most popular Pfingsten activities is the Pfingstrennen, a historic motor race held on the Circuit Park Zandvoort, a legendary Formula 1 track. It draws thousands of spectators eager to witness thrilling races and witness the spectacle of vintage and modern cars.
